Providing our Members with cost-effective pooled risk management and employee benefit services, allowing our Members to better serve their communities.

Responsive
It is the Pool’s goal to be responsive to the needs of the Members of the Pool and to be conscientious, collaborative, and competent in the services provided to its Members.

Respectful
To maintain and foster respect that encourages equal Member accountability, participation, and to routinely consider and review Member involvement and equity of each program to encourage fairly distributed participation of all programs.

Ethical
The Pool defines “ethical” behavior for both Primary and Alternate Board Members to be: honest, open, trustworthy, transparent; and have integrity in honoring the fiduciary duty of the Board.

Resilient Adaptable and Accessible
Characteristics for the Pool is to be flexible, adaptable, and accessible to allow the Pool to move forward.

Results Oriented
Determine if programs, initiatives, policies, operations, financial, administrative or other action directed by the Board is measurable and will add value to the Pool.

Accountable
Members are to be equitable and accountable to the Pool and consider all decision(s) and their impact on the entire Pool, not the individual Member.
