1.  Light weight: Full-range Curl 
2.  Light weight: Full-range Overhead Press
3.  Medium weight: Seated Curl
4.  Medium weight: Seated Overhead Press
5.  Medium weight: Standing Fly
6.  Medium weight: Standing Bent Row
7.  Heavy weight: Seated Fly
8.  Heavy weight: Seated Bent Row
9.  Heavy weight: Squat 
10. Heavy weight: Alternating Lunge
