How do I get my medication authorized?
Take your injury-related prescription to the nearest pharmacy. MPA utilizes Modern Medical/Optum billing services to bill MPA. You should not be required to pay out of pocket for your medications, but in the rare event that you may (holiday, weekend, etc.), please send your receipt and copy of your prescription to MPA for reimbursement.
